Patented 2-piece wall stiffeners provide excellent wall stiffness and resistance to leakage between panels. Extruded 6061-T6 aluminum alloy side stiffener plus .050 aluminum insert. ¼" diameter 2117-T4 rivets provide twice the shear strength of 3/16" rivets used on competitor's plate trailers.
Polymeric foam tape seals riveted joint area between plates, resists moisture entry into trailer interior.
.160 aluminum plate wall provides ideal balance between light weight, wall stiffness and long-term performance and durability.
Special aluminum plate van top rail does not intrude into cargo area, allowing full-height loading at the sides of the trailer.
No Plywood Liner means lower maintenance costs and no liner damage to snag loads.
