Frame:
High strength steel frame provides optimal combination of weight efficiency and load capacity. · 26-11/32" deep main beam with 3" arch (48' unit). · High Strength Steel Flanges (80,000 psi yield top and 100,000 psi yield bottom material) on 50,000 psi steel web.

Outrigger:
2" steel angle outrigger braces eliminate corrosion problems associated with pipe outriggers.

Slide:
Weight-efficient in-frame Wabash "Z" frame slide with locator holes indexed on 6" settings. · Two slider lock pins, permanent stop plates front and rear.

Crossmembers:
4" 80,000 psi yield steel crossmembers on 12" centers (18" at coupler), welded to main beam web (4" aluminum crossmembers optional on Combo trailer). · Doubler plate crossmember attachment reinforcement in gooseneck area.

Front Rail:
6" fabricated straight front rail incorporates recessed light protection in corners (6" extruded aluminum front rail optional on Combo trailer).

Rear Sill:
8" formed steel rear sill incorporates integral light protection node (13" formed steel optional).

Floor:
1-1/8" apitong wood floor (1-1/8" aluminum floor with 2 nailers optional).

Coupler:
Special platform trailer coupler design with crossmember angles full height to bottom of floor, provides long life, maximum support to trailer floor.

Side Rail:
Steel trailer: 6"- 7 lb. per foot steel channel side rail with 3/16" thick 1-9/16" x 3-1/2" steel stake pockets. 3/8" x 2-1/2" steel rub rail contains recess to help protect conspicuity tape. 1.9" diameter steel pipe spools on 24" centers.
Combo trailer: 5.5" - 2.66 lb. per foot extruded aluminum side rail with 1-9/16" x 3-1/2" aluminum stake pockets. Aluminum 1-1/2" schedule 80 rub rail spacer with pipe spools on 24" centers.
